Scope of Work:

Guardian is completing this large project for IDM Builds AZ, LLC, a new client for our team.  Guardian’s scope of work includes Grading, Cut for Curbs, Backfill, Place ABC, Asphalt Paving, Utility Adjustments and Striping.  This project is located in Queen Creek at the SEC of Riggs Road and South Gary Road.  Upon completion, it will be a 204-unit apartment complex with close proximity to downtown Queen Creek and will be surrounded by retail shops, dining and entertainment.
