Scope of Work:
Guardian Civil Contracting, LLC was brought in mid-way through this project to assist in finalizing the grading, onsite and offsite Paving, utility adjustments, seal coat and striping. This four-building apartment complex houses 180 units with a mixture of studio, 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom living quarters. There is also a clubhouse, pool and public parks near-by. Working diligently with Zeckelman Industries, Guardian looks forward to completing this project and creating an inviting living space for residents.
