Guardian is working alongside Belmontez Construction on this very expansive site by Luke Airforce Base. This project includes grading for sidewalk, parkway, aprons, valley gutters, regrade retention basins, and the storm drain modification. This beautiful retirement community offers many amenities the residences including, dining, shopping, and entertainment. I have attached three pictures for this project.
